Hello everyone, I decided to do something I do not see a lot of on here. I have decided to make fish profiles about fish I own. Every Sunday I will be uploading a video about one of my fish and stating what I think they should be kept with, feedings, tank size, etc and also what I think of them. Today is Bala Sharks. They are one of my favorite fish. Please enjoy. If you have any questions-just ask

Two brothers Levi and Jarom Triffitt from the Tassie Boys dicover a Thylacine skull high up on the bank of creek in a remote area of Northern Tasmania, “We started our day trail riding as usual stopped for a short break and went for a walk to see if we could find a fresh water lobster in the creek and ended finding a skull, we weren’t real sure what it was at first but by the look of the long bottom jaw and teeth we knew it couldn’t have been a wallaby or possum and were convinced it was a tasmanian tiger. We didn’t want to damage it riding our bikes home so we left it there until the next morning and came back with the cars. www.tassieboys.com.au

Please read: This video should help to show a good way to introduce your pet rats to water and one day could result in them diving and swimming in it . However, it’s important to understand that some pet rats will just not like water. Your success will vary depending on your individual critter(s). This description runs along-side the video so please read: Important Rules: * Never place your rat in the water, if your rat has not chosen to go in itself then it will instinctively just want to get straight back out again. This will not be a good water experience and can really set progress back. * Always use fresh, clean water and clean the tubs out well before each use. * It’s really important to take the increase in depth slowly. Base it on your rats progress so that you are going at their speed not your own. They will go in deeper water in time but if you make it too deep too early they will just not go in and you will end up taking steps backwards. * Its again important that your rat can at all times get out if they want to. So, if the sides of the tub are too high for the rat to EASILY jump out of, there really must be a ladder. If the rat does not have an easy route out they will feel less secure and this will lead to either not wanting to go in, or once in they will just want to get straight back out. * With the last point in mind I’m against using the bath tub as a swimming place for rats. The sides of the bath are too tall for easy and safe escape, also there is …

The true costs in health and environmental pollution of hydraulic fracturing are exposed in this amazing documentary by Josh Fox. Everyone needs to know this information. Please support the filmmakers. Visit the website, learn the facts, sign petitions, contact your elected officials, share your story. Buy the DVD for everyone you know. Original Trailer at: www.youtube.com Hydraulic fracturing is common world wide, not just in America, and massively pollutes our fresh water supplies (see my other video on: Water – The Basics of Use, Pollution, and Our Health at: www.youtube.com ). “The largest domestic natural gas drilling boom in history has swept across the United States. The Halliburton-developed drilling technology of “fracking” or hydraulic fracturing has unlocked a “Saudia Arabia of natural gas” just beneath us. But is fracking safe? When filmmaker Josh Fox is asked to lease his land for drilling, he embarks on a cross-country odyssey uncovering a trail of secrets, lies and contamination.” Natural gas extraction is regulated but with numerous exemptions such as such as: 42 USC 300h(d)(1)(B) [underground injection - exemption for fracturing fluid]. You can check out a US Senate report (released in April 2011) on the chemical contents of these frac’ing fluids at: democrats.energycommerce.house.gov “An estimated 30% to 70% of the frac’ing fluid will resurface, bringing back with it toxic substances that are naturally present in underground oil and gas deposits, as well …

Wasabi horseradish is used in Japan with sushi and sashimi as well as with other meals such as cold soba noodles. Wasabi is derived from the root of the wasabi plant which requires very clean, fresh water to grow well. The mountains of the Japan Southern Alps receive abundant rainfall and this area is perfectly suited for growing wasabi. Farmers in these high mountains have for centuries grown wasabi in terraced fields similar to rice paddies, however wasabi fields are normally situated much higher in the mountains than rice fields. While hiking in the mountains here it is not uncommon to find small wasabi farms situated along the narrow course of fast running streams or at the base of cascading waterfalls.

Another TNP Hall of Fame blade, the Benchmade 915 Triage shows design elegance. It is ground breaking in its blending of the effective rescue cutting hook and 3.5″ modified sheepsfoot blade. Though extremely lighweight and easy to carry, most of us cannot integrate the Benchmade Rescue cutters into our daily systems and they usually get left out. The 915 solves that miss with an unobtrusive rescue hook which lays unseen and flat within the handle until needed. This blackened rescue hook is made of out 440C steel and it breezes through all types of media to include thick fabrics, cordage, leather, vinyl, carpet, burlap, etc. It will provide excellent game dressing capabilities as well. This hook deploys easily with good detent, has jimping at its base, and does not lock. The N680 steel blade is mostly flat ground making reprofiling easier after long term use. This choice of steel took a fine edge but was not tested in heavy duty cutting and it arrived somewhat dull with an abrupt primary bevel (corrected in sharpening). The N680 steel promises excellent corrosion resistence with its integration of nitrogen and might make the Triage a good choice for frequent fresh water/occasional salt water use. Like its other stablemates the 950 Rift or 550/551 Griptilian, the blade has a strong tip, excellent belly, and a quality finish. The handle on this version features the vibrant, high traction orange G10 scales that are cut from some of the best handle material G10 I’ve seen …
